Where do you deliver?
We deliver 47th to 63rd, Cottage Grove to the Lake.
When do you deliver?
We deliver every day.
Order by 4pm and we'll deliver between 4pm and 7pm.
Order after 4pm and we'll deliver between 4pm and 7pm the next day.
Who selects the items?
Your order is picked by Open Produce staff. Orders are delivered either by us or by our local delivery partner.
How much does it cost?
We charge a flat $10 fee for delivery. All of the items are priced the same as they are in store.
Can I do curbside pickup?
No, we are only offering delivery right now.
Can you bring it upstairs / leave it on the porch / call me when you arrive?
There is a spot on the checkout page to include all of these delivery instructions!
Do you deliver alcohol?
Yes! The person placing the order must be 21+. The person receiving the order must be 21+ and should be prepared to show ID.
What if you're out of something?
On the checkout page, you can choose what we should do if we are out of something you ordered. The options are leave it out, replace with similar item at our discretion, or call you.
If an item says "LOW STOCK" we know we are low on it, and it might run out before we process your order. This is just to give you a heads up.
If we know we're out of something, we do not display it.
Our produce selection changes by the hour, please include in your order notes if you have preferences for substitutions!
Why is the checkout total an estimate?
Some produce is sold by weight, so we'll have to weigh the selection to get a final price. Also, we might be out of items, or offer substitutions.
We don't charge your card until your entire order has been picked and is ready to go. A final paper receipt is included with your delivery.
Can I leave a tip for the driver / delivery person?
Yes! When viewing your cart, there is an option to add a tip. 100% of this goes to the person doing your delivery.
Can I order by phone?
No, we are only doing delivery orders through this website.
